We are looking for an experienced generalist Designer to join our team in Glasgow.

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with our brand strategy.
- Work across multiple platforms, including digital and print, to create engaging designs for a variety of audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that design concepts are on-brand and meet business objectives.
- Create web-ready assets and prepare artwork for print, ensuring all designs meet technical specifications.
- Explore and integrate animation into design projects or demonstrate a willingness to develop animation skills.
- Act as a team player, collaborating with various departments and willing to pitch in and perform tasks at any level as required.

**You’ll need**:

- 4+ years demonstrable experience in branding and brand-led design, with a portfolio that showcases a range of innovative projects.
- Strong artistic direction skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Substantial experience in developing concepts from idea to execution.
- Exceptional eye for detail and mastery of typographical skills.
- Confident in both digital and print design.
- Some experience or confidence in using Sketch or Figma; proficient in PowerPoint.
- Thorough understanding of preparing artwork for print and creating web-ready assets.
