**Change Partner - Group Finance and HR**

**Salary: £55-65,000**

**6-8 month Fixed-Term Contract**

Our client is undertaking a major transformational programme which touches almost all of this market leading, dynamic business. Aimed at making their processes and ways of working are really fit for the future, it’s underpinned by the introduction of SAPS4 Hana.

We are proud to be working with our client in finding an exceptionally talented Change Management Partner who is looking for a FTC role until June 2023. You will have the strongest Leadership and Mentoring style with a respect for departmental functionswithin the Group Finance and central HR division.

There is no doubt that the success of this programme will come from their colleagues and with Change Management front and centre in their thinking, they are investing heavily in this area. As part of this investment, and to support the business in trulylanding and embedding the changes the transformation will bring, we are looking to recruit an experienced Change Acting as trusted partners to a group of designated Managers and Team Leaders within Production and Engineering they will understand their challengesand priorities, working collaboratively to enable them to prepare their teams to be fully ready for programme.

Utilising Change Management expertise, Change Management Partners will identify the most effective approach and tools to match the specific needs of the colleague population across a defined area from our Production and Engineering function. They will alsoactively coach and develop Managers to define and deliver their change management plans.

**The role**:

- Provide coaching style support and advice to local leadership, supporting them in becoming highly effective in the delivery of the change management plans across their teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of all the programme change impacts that will affect the colleagues in the partnering area and ensure that these are understood by local leaders and communicated and cascaded to the relevant colleagues in the right way at theright time.
- Develop and maintain strong, credible stakeholder relationships which enable strong business awareness and a clear understanding of the context and landscape of where changes will happen
- Identify potential risks and barriers and work with local leaders to find interventions to solve problems and therefore reduce the impact of these on the change transition
- Utilise a variety of tools and approaches such as readiness scans, pulse surveys and focus groups to assess colleagues’ commitment and readiness.
- Work with the local Leaders to translate feedback data into an effective and focused change people plans.
- Supporting local leadership to create and deliver their own articulation of the change vision which is engaging and meaningful to the local population
- Ensure the right communication material is available and utilise and adapt as required to suit local needs.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of Change Training delivery, identifying additional training needs (system, process, or behaviours), and liaise with the Training team to adjust approach where necessary.
- Produce accurate and timely Management information to track progress of all Change activities in local area.
- Contribute to change community to identify themes and share learnings and recommend actions across the business.
- Work with local Leaders to support adoption and realisation of full potential post go-live.
- Work flexibly to support on any element of change management activity as required.

**The person**:

- Degree level qualification or equivalent level of education.
- Significant Change Management expertise gained through practical partnering experience ideally with profession change management qualification.
- Comfortable in communicating effectively and influencing at all levels including with the senior team; able to adapt style according to the audience
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
- Is personally credible - professional in approach with leadership behaviours that engender respect and trust in advice given.
- Strong aptitude for interpreting people data and using this to inform analysis, options, and decisions.
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities - able to offer challenge and support.
- Passionate about supporting colleagues through change.
- Quick to act - able to identify and trouble shoot issues 'on the ground’.
- Flexible and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Able to regularly travel and stay away from home to support at relevant sites.
- Change Management experience on SAP implementation projects.
- Strong project management skills and deadline focus.
