Salary is £23k + comission

**Responsibilities within this Sales advisor role**:

- The development of new business, via methods such as canvassing, outbound and inbound telemarketing.
- Build up a broker database and maintain good relationships accordingly.
- To maintain a competent level of understanding of mainstream lender’s underwriting policies and procedures.
- Sales processing and accurate data entry.
- Adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- To assist the Specialist Mortgage Advisor at the applicable stages of the sales process.
- To understand the boundaries and procedures of what is permitted in terms of providing the customer advice (which is not permitted)
- To pay high regard to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations including Treating Customers Fairly Principles.
- Encourage and maintain a high level of customer service and excellence.
- To pay particular attention to ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- To always behave in a positive and professional manner when representing the company.
- To follow all company policies and procedures.
