**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to the appropriate supervisor
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
- Implement safeguarding measures and report any concerns
- Accurate record-keeping, including support plans, incident logs, and health and safety records
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends

**Experience**:

- Exposure to Autistic Spectrum Disorders
- Background in Learning Disabilities
- Familiarity with Domiciliary Care
- Experience in Supported Living settings

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
