Hexham Community Church is a growing church (80+ adults) in the market town of Hexham, Northumberland. A key part of the ministry of the Church is reaching the least, lost and unloved. As part of this, the leadership now wish to appoint a full time Youth Worker

The worker will:

- Develop youth work on behalf of the Church in the town
- Work with older children attending Sunday Services
- Support the work of the Hexham Eden Team youth activities.
- Engage with local Schools and youth work in the town
- Play a full part in the ministry and work of Hexham Community Church
- Have experience and/or qualifications in similar work.

Please note: _There is an occupational requirement that the job-holder is a Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010. _

**Salary**: £24,400.00-£25,800.00 per year
