**Telesales Executive**

Our client started 25 years ago from a team who were early adopters to using computers in dealerships in the early 80s.

The computer software can be found driving major multi-franchise dealerships as well as in solus, family-run businesses. It delivers the same customer-focussed, profit-driven management tools across the board.

Their background in the motor trade also bears fruit when it comes to the implementation and training. The computer software operates intuitively, so everyone across the business will find it easy to learn.

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter to join the sales team in Sheffield - reporting to the Sales Executive.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised and target driven. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads for the sales team, as well as improving quality of data.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Securing leads and appointments for the sales team/Sales Representative
- Hitting appointment-setting goals/meeting deadlines
- Developing prospective customers
- Fielding inbound calls
- Cold calling/contact clients
- Setting appointments
- Collaborating with the sales team
- Maintaining accurate records
- Calling current prospect clients to reschedule meetings
- Data entry
- Adhering to company policies
- Researching new clients/lead generation
- Building knowledge of the companies products
- Evaluating potential leads
- Promoting benefits of services
- Providing information to customers on social media

**Skills Required**:

- Record keeping abilities.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work unsupervised for extensive periods.
- Prior experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales representative or similar.
- Experience in the motor trade preferred but not essential.
