The Role

We are an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our QA department in Nottingham on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will support the QA team to ensure operations are compliant with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Supporting the provision and development of efficient and effective Quality Management Systems, including provision of QMS and GxP training.

The successful applicant will be required to comply and adhere to GXP guidelines and regulations as required of this role whilst working effectively with colleagues across all functional areas to achieve objectives whilst maintaining good working relationships. Responsible for ensuring compliance through the Quality framework and follow procedures that govern the work performed in this role.

**Main tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Ensure efficient operation of the quality team and by providing administration duties where required.
- Co-ordination of quality events including investigations, CAPAs and change controls
- Support internal audits to monitor compliance with the QMS and with GxP.
- Support the hosting of customer audits and regulatory inspections of Quotient Sciences
- Supporting collation of Quality metrics & preparation of meeting documentation
- Provision of Quality training in line with Quotient defined standard
- Conduct introductory quality and GxP training to onboarding colleagues
- Manage QA department meetings scheduling & coordination
- Support other QA teams and deliver QA improvement projects & workstreams

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator who will thrive in a fast-paced working environment, with the ability to multiple tasks simultaneously.

Other skills and experience required
- Minimum of 2 years quality experience in the pharmaceutical industry, however other relevant industry experience will be considered.
- Experience working in GxP regulatory environment
