**The successful applicant will be required to work on campus one day per week during term time, plus an agreed additional four days outside of term time.**

Applications are invited for the post of Mental Health & Wellbeing Supervisor in the Directorate of Wellbeing. The role will be available from September 2023.

The role of Mental Health & Wellbeing Supervisor will work within the Wellbeing teams and will be expected to:

- Deliver regular clinical supervision and / or reflective practice for staff whose roles involved close working with students with complex or emotionally challenging personal circumstances. This will include regular one-to-one for practitioners and advisers; group peer reflection, and group supervision t0 specialist mentors_. Supervision to non-Wellbeing staff (for example Students’ Union advisers) may be required on an ad-hoc basis._
- Support staff in de-briefing or reflecting on student cases.
- Support the provision of training and resources to university staff about student mental health and wellbeing.
