Receptionist (Part-time)

**Imperial Personnel have a brand new vacancy for a Receptionist to join our clients team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the building. Your duties will include greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, and providing general administrative support.**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or person
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
**Skills**
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. You should also have strong organizational skills and be proficient in using various office software programs.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to computerize documents and perform basic data entry tasks
- Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
- Exceptional phone etiquette
**Working Hours and Pay**:
- 3 days per week 8.30am-5.30pm (Subject to change).
- Flexibility to cover 5 days as holiday or sickness cover.
- £10.42ph
- Temp to Perm
