**What you'll be doing**:
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Conference Centre Operative to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
**As Conference & Hospitality Assistant you will be expected to**:
Responsible for greeting and serving customers in a professional, warm, friendly and genuine manner. Setting up and servicing of conference rooms and food/beverage areas within busy work environment. Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented
Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment, reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
Ensure any complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
Ensure that Chemical safety, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
Maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times
