Responsibilities:

- Engage and interact with children in a safe and nurturing manner
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts
- Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Assist with snack time and mealtime routines
- Maintain a clean and organized play area
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on their child's day

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or recreational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check
