We are hiring for a Senior Front of House

**Being a Beaux Employee**:

**The role of a Beaux Front of House Employee**:

- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- General salon duties such as keeping the salon clean, presentable and replenishing stock
- We’ve worked hard to minimise any hierarchy, we like everyone to pitch in at every level
- Manage the diary and deal with bookings
- Support the rest of the therapist team and help were needed
- Be a Beaux Ambassador
- Manage the employees on shift to ensure they are performing
- Effectively problem solving any client or employee issues which may arise
- Being a leader through example
- Achieving and exceeding set KPI’s
- Effectively and consistently delivering the vision of the Company
- Social Media experience a plus

**About you**:

- Minimum 3 years Front of House Experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Beauty experience preferred but not essential

Tuesday - 9:30 - 6:30

Wednesday - 9:30 - 6:00

Thursday - 12:00 - 8:00

Friday - 9:30 - 6:00

Saturday - 9:00 - 5:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
