A vacancy has arisen for a Transport & Fleet Administrator to provide invaluable support to the Transport & Fleet Compliance Manager based at our Waste facility in Dewsbury.

The role briefly involves the following duties:
- Administer and maintain the fleet’s compliance paperwork, including maintenance and defects.
- Administer and control the fleet’s charges associated with tolls, parking and associated charges.
- Support the wider business with queries such as insurance, fuel cards and breakdowns.
- Maintain driver training matrix and assist in scheduling driver training.
- Assist business with hiring vehicles, and update the insurance database, accordingly.
- Ensure all internal and external paperwork is collated promptly and accurately.
- Generate driver paperwork, including consignment notes, as and when required.
- Handle driver queries and perform debriefs.
- Gather concise data on Fleet and Service performance and report accordingly.
- Ensure all internal and external paperwork is collated promptly and accurately.
- Provide department with administrative duties, especially compiling and updating data documents.
- Deputise in Transport Coordinators absence.
- Resolves issues with appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all drivers deliver a professional, courteous, and safe service through consistent policies and procedures.
- Assist in populating monthly reports on pertinent statistical data.
- To undertake any other duties related to the position’s purpose and focus which may be delegated to you.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week as standard Monday to Friday

**Salary**: £20,000-£25,000 per annum depending on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
