**The Opportunity**:

We are currently looking for a new Lecturer to join us in our amazing new Birmingham Centre to deliver excellent teaching and learning to our students.

The roles sit in the School of Psychology and Social Sciences, which has grown significantly over the last 3 years, and our journey continues. Our academic team has a diverse range of experiences from working in academia, as practitioners and working in industry. Our focus is on developing students in both discipline knowledge and applied skills to make them employer ready when they graduate from us.

**About You**:
You will need to have an MSc or equivalent formal qualification in Psychology, and be recognised by the BPS as having Graduate Basis for Chartership. You will be experienced in current and effective teaching, learning and assessment practices in Higher Education, and be able to bring your knowledge and understanding to Arden to grow our programmes and provide excellent student outcomes. We are looking for you to be able to evidence your successful experience of working in programme teams and of being a creative and inspiring lecturer and colleague.
