HR Administrator/assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the HR department with all aspects of HR administration
- Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to all HRIS queries where appropriate, or delegating to the wider HR team as required
- Managing, recording, and updating confidential employee data for UK personal
- Conducting HR document audits
- Producing monthly query reports for the HR Advisor
- Deal with sensitive and confidential issues within the frameworks of the Data Protection Legislation and other professional and statutory guidelines
- Drafting standard HR documents including letters, contracts and adverts
- Scanning a large volume of personnel and training documentation to the HRIS
- Ensure all processes are professionally executed with efficiency and accuracy
- First line point of contact for general HR queries
- Involvement in ad Hoc HR projects as required
**About you**
Ideally, you will be CIPD level 3 qualified (or equivalent) or have the relevant experience having working within a HR department. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues across the business. You should have excellent attention to detail.
Initially this is a part-time role working 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday (a degree of flexibility to working hours may be considered).
