**Arwain, rheoli a datblygu gwasanaethau therapiwtig a chefnogi GISDA. Ymysg y prosiectau yma mae prif wasanaethau GISDA sef prosiect Cymorth Tai, Gwasanaethau Digartrefedd, Gwasanaeth i bobl ifanc ôl ofal a Rhieni ifanc.**:

- **Arwain, rheoli tai a hosteli GISDA gan gynnwys arwain ar brosesau budd daliadau tai a rheoliadau rhentu doeth.**:

- **Datblygu llety newydd gan gynnwys adnabod ffynonellau grant i wella neu prynu tai gan gynnwys monitro ansawdd a safonau ein tai.**:

- **Sicrhau bod Llais a Barn Pobl ifanc yn rhan annatod o’r gwasanaeth yn ddiamod**:

- **Bod y person person dynodedig cyfrifol o ran diogelu plant a phobl ifanc ac arwain ar sicrhau cysondeb ac ansawdd wrth fonitro ein gweithdrefnau a phrosesau diogelu**:

- **Datblygu systemau mesur perfformiad perthnasol i’r prosiectau a sicrhau bod straeon taith pobl ifanc yn cael eu clywed.**:

- **Aelod llawn o Dim Rheoli GISDA a dirprwyo i’r Prifweithredwr fel bo’r angen**
- **Lead, manage and develop GISDA's therapeutic and support services. Among these projects are the main GISDA services which are the Housing Support Project, Homelessness Services, Aftercare Service for Young People and Young Parents.**:

- **Leading, managing GISDA housing and hostels including leading on housing benefit processes and Rent Smart Wales regulations.**:

- **Developing new accommodation including identifying grant sources to improve or buy houses including monitoring the quality and standards of our houses.**:

- **Ensure that the voice and opinion of young people is an integral part of the service unconditionally**:

- **Be the designated responsible person for safeguarding children and young people and lead on ensuring consistency and quality in monitoring our safeguarding procedures and processes**:

- **Develop performance measurement systems relevant to the projects and ensure that young people's journey stories are heard.**:

- **Part of GISDA Senior Management team and delegate for the Chief Executive as necessary**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £38,749.36-£47,029.31 per year
