Office Coordinator

**Are you eager to take on a new challenge?**
**My well-known client are seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.**
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Take inbound calls and forward on messages to other team members where necessary. These inbound calls will include general queries and there will be an expectation to up sell services such as bills packages, rent protection, our letting and management servicesetc.
- Make outbound calls, predominantly to prospective applicants for sales and lettings properties and registering prospective applicants correctly
- Providing feedback to landlords and vendors
- Ensure the smooth management of the diary system including informing current tenants, vendors and confirmation to attendees. This will also include the preparation of the negotiator diaries with keys arranged and booked for collection and return where necessary.
- The ordering of sales and lettings boards for installation, update and removal by regular audit
- Checking and updating the advertising portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market, The companies website, Spareroom, Unihomes and more.
- From time to time, office co-ordinators may agree lets or sales and will be responsible for providing applicants, landlords and vendors with the correct information relating to the deal
- Keeping abreast of properties which require photography/videos and informing the necessary team members to ensure these are booked in
