An excellent opportunity to join a leading global law firm at a time of success and growth. The Assistant will work in a global Knowledge Management team. This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working and based in the Birmingham City Centre office.
- An interest in information, current affairs, business news and the legal sector
- Strong IT software skills including MS Office
- Ability to check accuracy and proof read
- Excellent communication skills and highly organised
- Experience with Content Management Systems or SharePoint or Intranets is advantageous

**The role**:

- Working with the Content Management System, administration and searches
- Uploading, Proofing and categorising documents and links to the system
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Running reports
- Assist with system improvements and fault reporting.
