As a Head of Food & Beverage you will responsible for creating and delivering a strategy around delivering a fresh food gastro pub offer with an industry-leading drinks proposition that can help unlock market growth for Greene King.

As a brand ambassador and role model of Crafted Pubs, you will strive to ensure delivery of the food and drinks proposition in line with the Brand ambition as well as have operational accountability reporting to the Business Unit Director.

**Job Description**:
**Your role as Head of Food and Beverage**
- You will be an ambassador in streamlining operational processes and procedures to ensure a positive and memorable customer experience through exceptional execution
- Build, plan and deliver industry-revered new menu and drinks coaching programmes relevant to the scope and scale of content changes
- Take responsibility for the delivery of our food & beverage strategy embracing positive collaborative relationships across a variety of business partners to ensure all planned initiatives are aligned to the overall business strategy.
- Focus the operations/kitchen teams on consistently delivering excellent food and drink quality with an absolute focus on consistency of product serve
- Allow our team the freedom to succeed through coaching and embracing their autonomy to drive product quality and improvement of liquor and food stock. Working alongside you will build tangible action plans that influence at a divisional level to improve liquor and food KPI performance across a variety of measures
