**Job description**
An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Lettings Administrator to work as part of our close-knit team in our Goole office. Whilst previous experience within a Sales or Lettings environment is preferred, it is not essential as full training will be given.
You will possess considerable organisational skills, accuracy with attention to detail as well as an excellent telephone manner as you will be in regular contact with our Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, your main duties will include:
- develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with our Landlords, Tenants and Contractors
- property management including arranging inspections and co-ordinate and process all repairs, maintenance and compliance requirements in a courteous and efficient manner
This position is part-time, being 9am to 5pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
