**Are you an IT Support Analyst looking for a new challenge?**

A small, independently owned **MSP** are looking to hire a **Service Desk Analyst** to join a team who are the first point of contact for all users. As well as strong technical skills, it’s essential that the **Service Desk Analyst** has exceptional customer service and communication skills and is able to develop and maintain relationships, both internally and externally.

The role is a mixture of BAU support and project work and would suit a **Service Desk Analyst** who has experience working with SLAs in an **ITIL** environment.

Key technical skills required for the role:

- **Active Directory **Administration
- **Exchange **Administration
- **Networking **Fundamentals
- Basic **Windows Server** Administration
- **Windows 10/Office 365 **support (**Teams, OneDrive**)

The IT industry along with technology is constantly evolving and as a result, ongoing **training** and **mentoring** forms a key part of the role a **Service Desk Analyst**. Training can and will be provided in many forms such as “on the job” and formal class-based learning.
