"service desk Analyst" 1st/ 2nd Line - ITIL, ServiceNow, £300 (umbrella)

I have an urgent opportunity for a servicedesk analyst to join a very busy European support desk based in St Pauls.

You will come from a ITIL environment and be used to supporting a large number of users with 1st 2nd Line support issues, working to SLA's and providing excllent customer service at all times.

This is a hybrid role working 3 days on site and 2 days remotely. This is initially a short term contract through until the end of March however will be extended.

You will need to work through PAYE or an Umbrella solution.
