Anderson Knight is currently in search of an Inventory Administrator for a client based in Lanarkshire on a 12-Month FTC.

The position offers a comfortable office setting, with 39 working hours from Monday to Friday, along with the added perks of an early finish on a Friday and on-site parking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate stock records on the company’s system.
- Organise and maintain all paperwork and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance at period end.
- Communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders, including relevant regulatory authorities such as HMRC.
- Conduct extensive data entry and processing tasks.
- Prioritise and manage a busy workload efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements regarding the handling and movement of all spirits.

**Key Attributes and Skills**:

- Proficient in administration, with extensive knowledge of Excel and Microsoft packages.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Effective multitasking ability and composure under pressure.
- Previous experience in administration or stock control would be beneficial, though not mandatory.
