**We are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary - permanent basis for our growing client in Chelmsford**

Adecco Chelmsford is currently on the lookout for a customer service administrator for our client based in Roxwell Chelmsford. As a Customer service Administrator, you will support the team with routine administration tasks, generating reports and documents relating to customer inquiries.- Advising customers on our range of storage solutions for home and business
- Processing orders over the phone
- Resolving delivery issues and professionally dealing with occasional complaints
- General administrative tasks.
- Continually develop and increase product knowledge.
Personal Skills- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Experience in complaint handling
- Confident
- Positive, can do attitude
**Location: Roxwell Chelmsford**
**Salary: £12- £12.82**
**Hours: Monday 08:00 - 17:30**
**Tuesday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00**
**PLEASE NOTE DUE TO LOCATION, YOU MUST DRIVE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A VEHICLE**
