**Summary**:
To work with other Supervisors in achieving and exceeding client SLAs and site KPIs. Reporting to an Area Manager and having responsibility alongside other Supervisors for the day to day running of an Area within the warehouse.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Build relationships with your team & key stakeholders.
- Assist delivering Operational performance in your area & through your team.
- Ensure Ecom stock receipt & order fulfilment completed on time.
- Ensuring you & your team operate in a safe manner following all H&S policies and requirements for both the company and our clients.
- Lead and develop TL’s, Logistics Associates and agency colleagues to achieve targets.
- Conduct monthly & yearly reviews/PDP's with your team.
- Identify & deliver training needs with your team.
- Ensure the welfare of your team, following of company processes including absence, D&G.
- Ensure adherence to SOP's.
- Continuously review & suggest improvements in processes.
- Daily organisation of agreed resources.
- Liaising with agency providers to support labour requirements & agency colleagues’ welfare as needed.
- Ensuring KPI's & SLA's are achieved and taking corrective action & escalating as appropriate.
- End of day/week reporting to show progress and outputs.
- Support & assistance in other areas of the warehouse as required.

**About you**:

- **Must have the ability to lead a team and have previous experience in a similar environment.
**- **Have an understanding of WMS - JDA knowledge.
**- **Have the ability to identify operational improvements.
**- **Have excellent time keeping skills and know how to prioritise work load.

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
