Fast Logistics Cargo Transport are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and assist with the day to day running of the operation across both goods in and goods out area's.

**The main duties of the Warehouse Supervisor will include**:

- Ensuring Health and Safety standards are adhered to.
- Leading and motivating a team of Warehouse staff.
- Supporting the team to achieve operational targets.
- Assisting stock control.
- Implement and support SOP's to optimise workflow.
- Assisting in the investigation of any on-site incidents / accidents.
- Ensure the team is effectively trained.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative.
- Previous Management or Leadership experience in a Warehouse environment.
- Must be flexible in approach to work and shift patterns in order to support the operation.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to solve problems.
- Valid Reach Truck, Counterbalance & PPT licenses.
- Strong understanding of WMS systems.
- Performance Management Experience.
