Client Onboarder

Our client, a multi-national consultancy, is recruiting a Client Onboarder to join their Multi Product Support Team.
The primary role is to facilitate the set up of clients to the tax technology platform according to globally mandated processes. This would include liaison with engagement teams and tax partners to ensure that the appropriate steps are taken and the impacts(both technological and contractual) are understood and validated prior to establishing clients on the appropriate data centres.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Communicate specific requirements for the engagement teams to consider, ensuring they understand the impact of such decisions.
- Assisting engagement teams navigate the requirements and facilitate next steps.
- Facilitating and leading discussions with the Global Lead Tax Partners to ensure consideration is given to the technology/client scenario and appreciation of the solution provided to both client users and engagement teams is correct.
- Monitor ongoing client set up requests and ensuring dialogue where appropriate.
- Managing and maintaining reporting solutions.
**Experience and skills required**:
- Experience working on large projects in a complex business environment.
- Strong analysis, problem solving and written communication skills.
- Accomplished MS Sharepoint, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel skills.
- Demonstrable capabilities in team work.
