We are looking for a full time Office Administrator to start straight away in our small office in Whitchuch Cardiff.

As a Parking Enforcement, Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that drivers follow parking regulations on private streets and in private car parks.

**But what does that mean?**

It means you'll be popping on your investigation hat to try and work out why a vehicle doesn't have a permit. Did they misstype their registration? Did they use the facilities on site? Or are they attempting to bag a cheeky free space? You'll be checking data to make sure it's correct. You'll be using our CCTV across many sites to zoom in on any contraventions. You'll help our clients ensure their car parks are kept free for the use of customers only.

There are no set qualifications needed for this role. However, experience of working in a customer service role is highly valued.

In your day-to-day duties you may perform the following:

- Ensuring contractual signage is being adhered too
- Checking data to ensure it is accurate and correct
- Check parking permits and issue Parking Charge Notices (PCNs)
- Work with our clients to ensure they are satisfied with the service being offered
- Work from our office performing administrative duties within our systems to process and check data being handled
- Respond to Parking Charge Notice Appeals
- Investigate claims and uncover information
- Use CCTV to monitor car parks remotely
- Develop computer skills to design signage for new site setup
- Any other administrative duties required

You'll be using equipment like:

- A Computer using our software to administer your role
- ANPR Cameras, and CCTV
- Mobile and Tablet Applications

It's not a deal breaker but it would help if you had:

- A Driving License
- Good computer skills for data entry and using our in-house software
- To be thorough, and pay attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- To be able to carry out tasks on a computer and hand-held devices

This role will be office based, working from 9am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
