Here at Almond Care, we support clients who have complex needs and provide them support with needs such as Tracheostomy’s, Bowel Management, catheterisation, stoma care etc. We focus around providing person centred care while promoting the independence of all our clients. All the clients that we support will be provided care from the comfort of their own home.

The shifts needed will vary depending on the client and their needs, but usually range between 8 - 12 hours shifts with your client.

We pay from £10.75 per hour.

You will be fully trained and have the opportunity contribute to the lives of vulnerable adults and children with complex needs.

You would also have the opportunity to advance in Level 2/3 and 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.

**What does the role entail?**
- Delivering high quality person-centred care to meet all care needs of our clients.
- Getting to know your client. Discovering their interests, needs and providing companionship.
- Supporting clients to maintain their personal appearance /hygiene needs while always maintaining their privacy and dignity.
- Communicating with Head Office and Lead Nurses to ensure the client is safe and cared for as per the clients wishes.
- Enabling and assisting clients with daily activities and tasks that they would not be able to do without your support.
- Actively participating and organising social activities
- Sustaining high level of communication between resident’s family and staff developing good relationships
- Assisting in ensuring the clients home is kept clean on a daily basis.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Head Office to provide the person-centred care our clients deserve.
