**Responsibilities**:
- Assist financial advisers and paraplanners with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to optimise internal efficiency and enhance the overall client experience.
**Requirements**:
- Initiative, dynamism, and a strong work ethic are essential traits.
- Dedication and self-motivation are key, as the business operates on a trust-based approach without micromanagement.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial advice industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate respect for colleagues.
- Experience with an IFA CRM back-office system, preferably Intelligent Office, is desirable.
- Alignment with the long-term business strategy and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of the business.
- Office-based role.
- Flexibility with working hours.
