**Contract: Permanent, Full time**

**Hours: 37 hours per week**

- Work with internal/external and leadership team to deliver business-wide diversity and inclusion programmes
- Review, embed and improve organisational values and behaviour
- Maximise annual wellbeing activities across the organisation
- Review, monitor and continue to improve on initiatives supporting wellbeing of colleagues
- Line manages programme co-ordinators

**We're looking for**:
You will have experience of implementing equality, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and organisational culture change programmes and strategies. Have a track record of leading systemic and cultural change in relation to organisational practice, behavioursand attitudes.

You will provideexpertise and guidance to challenge, inform and deliver our action plans and will develop innovative projects and learning and development interventions to support our objectives.

You will have a strong, natural empathy for people from marginalised, disadvantaged, or socially excluded backgrounds, and a passion for bringing about positive change. You will be a skilled communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly, influencekey decision makers and a wide range of people (internal and external).
