This position is all about communication, a great opportunity to join the Scheduling team as the Customer Service Administrator at the companies’ head office just outside Bury St Edmunds where you will be scheduling the diary of work for the Engineers. Liaisingwith customers and tenants to book the engineers appointments, keeping accurate records on the system and general admin such as generating letters, photocopying, and filing will keep this role varied.
