We are partnering with a leading Public Sector client company renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, our client is seeking a dedicated Equipment Technician to join their dynamic team.

**Position Overview**

The Equipment Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of various types of equipment critical to the company's operations. **Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment according to established schedules and procedures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, ensuring mínimal downtime.
- Conduct calibration procedures to maintain accuracy and reliability of equipment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Provide training and support to other staff members as required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Equipment Technician or similar role.
- Level 3 NVQ in one of the following disciplines, Mechanical,electrical, hydraulic, Pneumatic
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment.
- **Possess a Class B Driving licence**:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
