Welcome to Rattlebag, a high-end, award-winning cocktail bar within the Bullitt hotel, Belfast, where creativity meets hospitality. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional experience for our guests, serving classic cocktails with a twist, in a unique ambience with unparalleled customer service. We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence. After recently being one of only 25 bars in the world to receive a prestigious Pinnacle Pin we feel that right now is the right time to expand our team.

**What we’re looking for**:
Someone who oozes hospitality. We can teach you service but we need someone who is motivated by taking care of people, making them feel special, and going the extra mile. While experience is optional, a background in customer service, a bar or hotel environment would be desirable, and the right attitude is a must. We’re searching for someone who can bring positive energy and charm to our bar, regardless of their past experience. Attention to detail, a creative bent, and a genuine curiosity will also come in handy. If that sounds like you, read on.

**Your Role**
As one of our team members, you'll contribute to being the heart and soul of our establishment. Your job isn't just to serve drinks—it’s to create an unforgettable experience. Here's what you'll be doing:

- Set the Mood: Whether it’s a chill evening or a wild night, you know how to keep the energy just right.
- Build Connections: You remember names, listen to stories, and make everyone feel like they belong.
- Craft Amazing Drinks: We’ll teach you the techniques, but you bring the creativity. Mix classic cocktails, invent new ones, and surprise our guests.
- Work as a Team: You’re not just serving guests; you’re working alongside an awesome team. Collaboration is key.
- Keep It Cool: When the bar gets busy, you keep your cool and keep the drinks flowing.
