**The role**:

- Work independently as the sole Quality Analytical Technician at the new Chemical Plant
- Perform analytical testing (GLP) on raw materials & chemicals
- Prepare and perform calibration and maintenance of analytical systems
- Evaluate data, interpret the results and implement appropriate actions
- Monitor analytical systems, troubleshoot issues and escalate if necessary
- Suggest improvements to lab processes and tools

**The person**:

- Experience working in a laboratory environment, as an analytical technician or similar
- Knowledge and experience with GCMS and HPLC analytical techniques
