**Job Title**:Recruitment Consultant (360 degree)
**Reports to**:Head of Department
**Hours of Work**:Office hours 08.30 to 17.30 (Finish at 4:30pm on Friday every fortnight)

**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our New York office working within the Business Support sector. Experience within this sector would be advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Providing advice including information on job search, resume format, interviews and salaries

Business Development & Account Management
- Researching and approaching clients with Tiger Recruitment’s services
- Building on and expanding existing client relationships and developing new business wherever possible
- Cross-selling other divisions and offices
- Client mapping and account management
- Utilizing your network for new business development
- Telephone, VC and face to face meetings with new and existing clients
- Achieving set KPIs as set out in the Business Development Guidelines
- Offering market knowledge, salary benchmarking and any additional information your client may find useful

Fulfilling Client Briefs and Role Management
- Taking detailed job briefs (meeting in person/via VC wherever possible)
- Negotiating and agreeing terms as required
- Assistance in the offer process and post placement follow up.

Achieving Monthly Targets
- Consistency and excellence in billings
- Hitting individual monthly targets

Additional
- Formatting resumes and editing documents
- Managing recruitment portals for clients, administering any required testing
- Partnerships with industry organizations
- Innovation - offering ideas and suggestions for process improvement

Skills / Experience Required
- Previous demonstrable recruitment experience, any sales or account management experience
- Self-starter - able to manage your own workload and self-motivate
- Team player - able to build strong relationships internally and work well within a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and composed
- Initiative and problem-solving ability
- Commercial awareness and strong business sense
- Excellent presentation skills
- Positive demeanor with lots of energy
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage a changing workload
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
