Medical Receptionist

**Duties and Tasks**
- Scheduling of appointments at the clinic or through the online booking platform.
- Meeting and greeting clients at the clinic
- Ensuring that consent to treatment forms have been completed prior to service delivery
- Taking and arranging payment of services from clients
- Providing reception cover on a rota basis
- Signposting to clients the process for making a complaint.
- Incident, Accident and Near miss recording and reporting when witnessed and upwards escalation to registered manager.
- Frontline delivery of the company culture.
- Sending out and collecting in client feedback.
- Upselling of other services that may be of benefit to the client where appropriate.

**Hours required**:
Various hours depending on availability, additional hours may also be available to cover for holidays and sickness.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 13.5 - 20 per week
