**Job summary**:
The Corporate Service Officer will play a key role in providing high quality business support across the organization. The responsibilities of the role will also be spread across a broad range of corporate service functions including administration, projects, and events.

Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the post-holder will be expected to work closely with the Performance and Corporate Governance team to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and provide business support to each Directorate.

The post holder will provide effective and timely responses to enquiries from our stakeholders and members of the public and manage competing priorities and ensure deadlines are met without compromising standards.

The variety within this role enables the post holder to further develop a broad range of skills and experience whilst delivering a valuable contribution our to overall goals and objectives. **Job description**:

- ** **Business Support**
- Provide cross-organisational business support with shared services contractual management and administration cover across each Directorate as required.
- Provide administrative support across various workstreams. This would include cross function project and training support.
- Provide key administrative support in arranging HTA meetings and events by drafting agendas, sending invitations, recording responses, collating materials, and any other tasks, as agreed by line manager.
- Provide assistance on Compliance, Critical Incident Response Plan (CIRP), Business Continuity (BC) and Freedom of Information requests as delegated by the Corporate Service Manager.
- Act as secretary to the Quality Forum, scheduling meetings, prepare the agenda, take minutes, and circulate and draft materials.

2.**Corporate Service**
- Responsible for ensuring the timely distribution of all enquiries in line with corporate guidelines.
- Responsible for collating, analysing and inputting data to produce monthly business reports.

**3.Events and Facilities Management**
- Act as the HTA’s point of contact for Events and Facilities activities across the office floorplate at 2 Redman Place, which will include liaising with co located Regulators.
- Represent the HTA at tenant meetings and report back to the Corporate Service Manager.
- Ensure appropriate fire, incident control and health and safety provisions. This includes delivering Health and Safety inductions are carried out for new starters.
- Responsible for delivering the annual Health and Safety refresher training, arranging office inductions etc.

Able to deliver and complete task within deadlines and to a high standard.

An ability to work as part of team and experience of working within a team environment.

Good IT skills and experience of working with Microsoft Office programmes, databases, and internet search engines.

Effective communication skills; both written and oral and able to adopt tact and diplomacy.

Experience of writing minutes of meetings or committees and Board administration.
