**About the role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Building Safety Data Compliance Officer to join our team in either London or Oldham on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant will responsible for managing and updating property data relating to building safety ensuring that it is catalogued and managed accurately to support the production of The Golden Thread and regulatory building safety cases

We currently operate on a hybrid working model where employees work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days remotely.

**About The Team**
Our Building Safety Team is responsible for building safety investigations, remediation and installations, and for setting up the systems required to deliver the requirements of future building safety legislation and guidance. The team is a newly formed team led by our Director of Building Safety, it’s an exciting time to join the team and help shape how the organisation works to ensure our buildings are safe.

**What we’re looking for**
We’re a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be a skilled Building Safety Data Compliance Officer, but you’ll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You’ll also be able to demonstrate:

- Good written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of presenting data extracted from systems in a variety of forms using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of working with development H&S and O&M files.
- Previous administration experience of data management systems.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple work assignments.
- Highly organised with the ability to work to agreed timeframes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and attention to detail to enable accurate recording for audit purposes.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Educated to NVQ III or equivalent A levels.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Microsoft and/or business intelligence related professional certification or equivalent evidence of competency.
