Stainless Steel Polisher

Axium Process specialises in the fabrication and supply of stainless steel pipework and membrane separation systems, for the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, dairy, chemical, cosmetic and toiletries industries. We currently employ around 65 personnel and operate from a 33,000 ft² facility based on the Hendy Industrial Estate, Swansea. - A variety of techniques using hand operated air tools and polishing machinery.
- To produce high surface finishes to customers.

**Qualities required**:

- A working understanding of abrasive wheels and the confidence and ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to use power tools is also important.
- Attention to detail and pride in work carried out is critical.
- Knowledge of surface finishes, metal working and previous workshop experience would be an advantage.
- Flexible, organised, ordered and self-disciplined.

Duties would include:

- Assisting with the polishing operation
- Cleaning and keeping the polishing shop tidy.

38.75hours p/w Overtime available

5 weeks holiday per annum plus bank holidays

Salary - Dependent upon relevant experience
