**What to expect**

Thorntons are market leading property specialists with offices throughout Scotland and our Estate Agency team deliver a first-class service to clients whether they are buying, selling or renting their property. We are recruiting a Property Letting Assistant based in our St Andrews team. In this role you can expect to:

- Arrange appointments for viewings/valuations/maintenance
- Handle payments and invoices in accordance with set procedures
- Undertake periodic inspections/viewings, actioning faults, and arranging speedy repairs.
- General Administration, data input and maintenance of files
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

**What we’re looking for**
- A passion for providing great client service
- The ability to build great relationships
- An interest in property
- Knowledge of the local property market is ideal but not required
- An eye for detail
- A positive attitude
- Team worker
- Good time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work to deadlines and with multiple clients and properties at the same time

**Hours**
- Part Time - Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm, 20 hours per week (We can be flexible to adjust hours as required for example, 9.30am to 1.30pm)
