**Job Title: Marketing Executive - Care**

**Salary: £28,500 per annum**

**Make Your Mark in Marketing**

As a Marketing Executive within our Care Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in executing customer-focused marketing strategies for Anchor's care homes. You’ll ensure all activities align with Anchor's brand standards, budget constraints, and aim to maximize awareness and response. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with care homes to develop on-brand, cost-effective marketing plans, coordinating media campaigns, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful marketing initiatives.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Plan, execute, and evaluate media campaigns targeting both B2C and B2B audiences, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal design teams and external agencies to develop advertising creative and collateral materials.
- Provide support and guidance to care homes in implementing marketing plans and materials, fostering effective communication with internal customers such as Home Managers and District Managers.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring the production of high-quality marketing materials within budgetary constraints.
- Generate customer data reports and contribute to marketing effectiveness evaluations, supporting decision-making processes.
- Oversee the procurement process, including raising and receipting Purchase Orders, to facilitate timely payments to suppliers.
- Maintain up-to-date information across marketing materials to accurately represent the care estate.

**What We Need**:

- Proficiency in a variety of online and offline marketing channels, including media buying and print production.
- Familiarity with GDPR, Data Protection, and confidentiality regulations.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to language, grammar, and punctuation.
- Ability to analyse data effectively, with intermediate to high-level Excel proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Budget management experience and the ability to make recommendations for campaign improvement.
- Knowledge of the care sector and relevant advertising standards is desirable.
- Customer segmentation knowledge is advantageous.
- Must be able to travel throughout England, with occasional overnight stays.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a marketing team.
- Experience in media buying (online and offline) and print production.
- Preferably educated to degree level with a relevant marketing qualification (e.g., CiM) or equivalent.
