We are seeking a **Care Coordinator**, to be based in Harlow on a full-time rota basis, to work alongside the coordinating team on the planning of staff rotas and service delivery.

The successful applicant must be willing to support the team, in the delivery of services, if required and assume On Call responsibility for the services, out of office hours, on a rolling rota.

It is essential that applicants can drive and have a form of transport and preferred that they hold or are studying for NVQ L3 or the Diploma L3 in Social Care.

**Salary** - Basic £23,000 per annum, plus On Call enhancements.
