**Job Title**: Health & Fitness Coach

**Location**: National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham, NG12 2LU

**Working Hours/Pattern**: 30 hours per week, including earlies, lates and weekends

**Salary**: £16,255 per annum, £10.42 per hour + Excellent benefits

Here at Holme Pierrepont our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Health and Fitness Coach to join us.

Holme Pierrepont Country Park, the home of the National Water Sports Centre has excellent water facilities, accommodation, a campsite, Outdoor Adventure Zone, Life Fitness Gym, and marvellous nature trails for cycling and walking, it is a favourite destination for families, schools, corporate clients, and individuals.

The purpose of the role will be to inspire our members to achieve their goals, deliver Group Fitness, Small Group Training sessions and have the opportunity to deliver Personal Training sessions. You will coach members on effective outlined Health & Fitness programmes appropriate to their needs and advise on the safe use of our exercise equipment. At all times you will help create a community orientated environment building clubs within clubs and always deliver excellent customer service.

The role will involve a high level of customer interaction and there will be times when you will be required to assist other members of staff.

You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free membership plus other various discounts.

About you

You will also have a good standard of personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills.

It is essential that you have a level 2 Fitness instruction for you to be considered for this role and be actively working towards advanced instructor qualification (level 3)
