- **The Role**_

Contract: _**Permanent /36.25 Hrs a week**_

Location: _**Hybrid Model (Westminster office)**_An estimated once every fortnight in the office.

**Salary**:_**£26,000**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1st Point of contact for the region. SMT & members/volunteers
- Update information on regional websites
- Venue/Travel/Accommodation booking
- Administrative support
- Management of SharePoint/Teams channels
- Maintain good working relationships with all other Regional Coordinators and Teams
- Support the Regional Director with collation of reports on Business plan and budgets
- Maintain Regional accounts in a timely manner and stay within budgetary limits
- Good Office management practices
- Diary Management
- Venue Negotiation, finalising contracts, liaise with suppliers

To be considered for this role you will need to possess experience of supporting a team with strong organisational skills evident.
- Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, excel, Word)
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Equivalent to 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade C or above with appropriate secretarial/business training is desirable.
- Experience in Events and dealing with volunteers is _desirable but not essential_.
- Some experience of database input is _desirable but not essential_
