About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of the Warrior Programme in the East of England region. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of service leavers and their families. As a Regional Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to ensure the successful implementation of the programme, including attending online meetings, uploading information to the CRM system, and conducting Risk Assessments. You will also attend Residential programmes and provide data and management information to senior management as required.

Responsibilities
- Attend online weekly Multi-disciplinary Team Meetings with NHS partners to identify suitable attendees for Residential courses
- Upload information to the CRM system and conduct Risk Assessments, ensuring participants are ready and prepared for the course
- Attend Residential programmes and work with the team to deliver a high-quality experience for participants
- Liaise with Monitoring Co-ordinators and Veteran Liaison Nurses to ensure referrals are supported and guided throughout the programme
- Provide data and management information to senior management as required

What We Offer
The salary for this role is £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave, pension scheme, and training opportunities. This is a full-time position, requiring travel across the East of England region and attendance at Residential courses.
