We are recruiting for a prestigious university based in High Wycombe, This role is fully campus-based position

Role: Temporary Graduation Co-Ordinator

Pay rate: £20-£22ph (depending on experience)

Duration: ASAP - 8 weeks - High potential of being extended

**Main Duties & Responsibilities of the role**:

- To lead on the planning, management, preparation and delivery of the University's Graduation Ceremonies, undertaking related activities including:

- Establishing a July graduation week.
- Initial data sorting and Ceremony allocation
- System Set-up & updating/maintenance (QL, WPM, eNet)
- Liaison with Creative Director over Programme design
- Organising Graduation Steering Group and reporting to key stakeholders
- Tenders/Contract renewals, budgeting, quotes and invoices
- Facilities - Wycombe Swan liaison, marquee, Bucks function list & room bookings
- Liaison with stakeholders:

- University Executive Team
- Vice-Chancellor's office on VIP invitation list/Honoraries
- Communications Team/Digital and Technical Solutions
- Students' Union
- Partnerships Team
- Academic community
- University Events team
- Catering oversight
- Gowning arrangements
- Staging
- Posthumous award arrangements
- Coordination of staff task allocation & ushering requirements
- Briefings (Graduation staff and University Executive Team)
- Ceremony rehearsals
- Programme/script/certificates checking
- University certificates and transcripts
- To provide professional advice to colleagues and customers in relation to the graduation ceremonies.
