**About Our Client**

My client has a jewellery business based in London and have a fun and vibrant work culture. They offer Hybrid model and performance bonus.

The role of Sales Executive - Appointment Booker - will involve:

- Develop a deep understanding of the brands products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and gathering information to determine their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our engagement rings, customisation options, pricing, and promotions.
- Schedule appointments for potential customers to visit our showroom or meet with our sales representatives.
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to nurture relationships and encourage them to move forward in the sales process.
- Maintain a customer database and update records with relevant information and interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide necessary information for successful appointments.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and appointment bookings.

**The Successful Applicant**
- Minimum 12 months previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment booking is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge or interest in diamonds and engagement rings is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
