**Job Purpose**:

- I am a friendly lady with Myotonic Dystrophy who is seeking two female PAs on a job share basis to assist me with everyday living tasks such as domestic care, personal care, meal prep, shopping and parenting needs.

**Job role 1**: to assist me with personal care such as helping me to get showered and dressed, general household cleaning and shopping.
- This role requires someone who can work 2 hours every morning Monday to Friday. The exact times of which are negotiable at interview.

**Job role 2**: I have a baby at home and require someone to support me in aspects of my parenting role. This will include assisting me in duties such as; changing and dressing my baby, meal prep and feeding, accompanying us out for walks in the local community and helping us to access activities such as baby groups. Someone with experience of working with young children would be ideal for this role.
- This role requires someone who can work 4 afternoons per week as follows:

- Tuesdays: 12pm to 1/2pm
- Wednesdays: 12pm to 2pm
- Thursdays: 2 hours, exact times of which are open to negotiation at interview.
- Fridays: 2 hours, exact times of which are open to negotiation at interview.
- Female PA required due to personal care.

**Summary terms and conditions**:

- The rate of pay for this position is £15 per hour
- You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role
- Access to free Care Skills training for employed workers
- Hours and days of work:
