**Role Purpose**

We're looking for someone at the beginning of their sales career in Estate Agency. This role will give you a fantastic understanding of the sales cycle and the ins and outs of what makes buying and selling a house possible.

You'll be part of a friendly sales team, booking and attending appointments, viewings, and valuations, as well as helping with Financial Services. You'll also handle front-of-house duties like answering the phone, greeting clients, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Please note, you'll need a valid UK driving licence and your own car for appointments.

**Salary**:£20,000 p.a. + OTE

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Sales accumen
- Good personality, must be friendly/bubbly
- Can do, positive attitude
- Outstanding interpersonal skills face to face
- Good organisational abilities
- Ability to think on their feet and dealing in challenging situations
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Good spoken and written English: able to explain issues clearly and in detail
- Good attention to detail: ensures that all tasks undertaken are completed with accuracy
